Hello! My name is Janine Willingham, and I have been dedicated to the field of early childhood education since I was 16 years old. For the past 10 years, I have proudly served as a Center Director, where my passion has always been creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
Families, children, and colleagues know me as Ms. Jaye. I truly believe that every child deserves a strong foundation built on love, learning, and encouragement. Watching children grow in confidence and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
I joined Ladybird Academy in 2025, and my goal is to continue helping our center flourish by building strong relationships with families, supporting our amazing teachers, and providing every child with an exceptional early learning experience.
