Ms. Kiona Baker is a dedicated early childhood education leader with extensive experience in preschool administration, program management, and family engagement.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Florida Staff Credential, and a Director’s Credential with VPK endorsement.  With a strong background in both early and higher education, Kiona combines strategic leadership with a deep passion for children and families, creating a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for young children. She has led accreditation and compliance initiatives, coordinated large-scale community events, and built meaningful partnerships with parents and local organizations.

As a proud wife and mother of two daughters, Ms. Kiona understands first-hand the importance of strong family foundations. During her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, planning creative events, and embracing her love for all things Disney.
