Ms. Noreka brings over 15 years of experience in the childcare industry and a genuine passion for early childhood education.  Since rejoining the Ladybird Academy family in 2021 as Director, she has made it her mission to create a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for children, teachers, and families alike. In recognition of her outstanding leadership, Ms. Noreka was honored as Director of the Year in 2022.  She holds a Florida Director’s Credential and a National Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Her experience and dedication have given her a deep understanding of what it takes to provide a nurturing, high-quality learning environment where every child can thrive.

Ms. Noreka believes in being a hands-on, visible leader and values strong partnerships with families and teachers to ensure continued excellence throughout the program.
