CiArra Rosenthal is a proud mom of three—two boys aged 19 and 15, and a 12-year- old daughter. With an Associate of Science degree in Education, CiArra brings over 23 years of hands-on experience in childcare, including more than 15 years in administrative leadership roles.

A true Florida native, CiArra is a devoted Jaguars and Florida Gators football fan. She enjoys making lasting memories with her children, spending time outdoors, especially near the water—catching live music, and traveling with friends and family. Baseball also holds a special place in her heart.

CiArra is passionate about being part of the daily lives of the children, families, and staff she works with. She finds joy in building strong relationships and making a positive impact through her work in early childhood education.

She is thrilled to be joining the Ladybird Academy family and looks forward to creating meaningful connections and unforgettable memories with the wonderful families she’ll meet along the way.
