Meet Our Director
Ms. Joanna began her journey in Early Childhood Education with an AA in Paraprofessional Education. She joined us in 2010 as part of the opening team for Ladybird Academy Lake Underhill. Since then, she has been inspired to keep growing and has held leadership positions at the Lake Underhill and Oviedo locations, before transfering to the Rock Springs location as its opening Director in 2016. During her journey and development, Joanna has ushered all three centers through National Early Childhood Program Accreditation.
Ms. Joanna holds a Director's Credential and National Child Development Associate Credential. As a mother of three amazing girls, she understands that initiating a child's love for learning is the ultimate goal of Early Childhood Education.
Every child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only capable of learning but also capable of succeeding.
