Ms. Michelle started her journey in early childhood education almost 20 years ago.  She joined the Ladybird Academy family in 2011, and has been making a positive impact on children's lives since, starting out in the classroom and progressively taking on more responsibility as an administrator.  She holds a Child Development Associate and State of Florida Director's Credential.  She has a passion for helping the community and loves being able to provide a safe, nurturing and loving environment for the children!
